Your information, kept small

CurioKid collects only what we need to answer you, tell you about pre-orders and deliver kits. Our website is for parents and guardians.

What we collect, and why

• Waitlist: your email, optional first name, the kit you chose and the choices you ticked — to email you when pre-orders open, and only send news if you opted in.
• Parent survey: your name and answers (your child’s age group, which skills matter to you, how likely you’d be to buy), plus the device type and how long the survey took — to understand what parents need before we launch. We don’t ask for your email or phone number in the survey, and we never sell your details. Responses are stored in our database and copied to a private Google Sheet that only the CurioKid team can open.
• Contact form: your name, email and message — to reply to you.
• Pre-orders (when open): name, email, mobile number and delivery address — to confirm, deliver and support your order. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store card, UPI or bank details.
• Analytics (only if you allow it): Google Analytics counts page visits and clicks on things like the kit page or FAQ. We do not send names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or anything you type to Theo.

Theo, our guide

Theo answers from our product information inside your browser. What you type to Theo is not sent to us or to anyone else. Please don’t share a child’s personal details in it.

Children

We don’t ask for children’s names, schools, photos or birthdays, and the play demo on this site collects no personal information.

Who else handles it

• Our hosting and database providers, to run the website.
• Razorpay, to process payments when pre-orders are open.
• Our email provider, to send confirmations you’ve asked for.
• Google Sheets, where the CurioKid team reviews survey answers.
• Google Analytics, only if you allow analytics.

How long we keep it

Waitlist details are kept until pre-orders open and you’ve had our email, or until you ask us to remove them. Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, support and legal requirements.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time through our contact page (choose “Privacy or my data”). You can change your analytics choice from the link at the bottom of every page.
