Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel your pre-order any time before your kit is dispatched. Write to us with your order number and we will refund your ₹500 advance in full (and the balance, if you have already paid it).

After dispatch

Once your kit has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled. If it arrives damaged or incomplete, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the missing or damaged items.

If we cancel

If we cannot produce or deliver your kit, we will cancel the pre-order and refund everything you have paid.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. We start the refund within 2 working days of your request; your bank usually shows it within 5–7 working days after that.
